CBT & Mindfullness £45.00 per hour
Vrtual Sessions: £45.00 per hour
Telephone Sessions: £45.00 per hour
Initial Assessment: £45.00 per hour
The initial assessment will allow us to look at what servcie best suits your identifed goals and personal circumstances.
Discounted rates are available for Police, Fire Service, NHS Staff, Serving Military Personell, Veterans and Low Income families,
Payments can be made in cash or securely by bank transfer.
